This is going to be the first big step in your master's programme at Católica Porto Business School.
There are four days of great entertainment, from 22 to 25 September, with two timetable options: for those who can come during the day, or for those who can only come in the evening. Sign up for the programme you're most available for. The first and last days are the same for all students, and we'd love to have you with us.
The kick-off for your journey at Católica Porto Business School! Take this opportunity to meet the director of your master's programme and your classmates in a relaxed atmosphere with background music.
Start right away with a dynamic and interactive challenge while getting to know your new colleagues better!
In this session, you will meet with your master's programme director to learn all the details and ask any questions you may have.
A unique and creative way to explore Porto! For now, we can't reveal any more than that 😉
You’ll get to know the UCP Porto campus from your colleagues’ POV. And there’s more: discover the facilities, activities and resources of the School, explore the different departments, study areas, leisure spaces and all the other amenities the campus has to offer!
This is also a week to turn social and environmental awareness into action: you will be challenged to develop innovative solutions in areas such as migration, climate change, and civic inactivity among young people.
This challenge, guided by the Movimento Transformers, offers a unique opportunity to combine reflection and creativity to create change and real impact in the world.
In this relaxed space, take the opportunity to get to know your colleagues, exchange ideas and share experiences - all accompanied by a good cup of coffee and a sweet treat. It's the perfect time to start building your network of contacts!
An interactive experience organised by the Career and Development Office that will help you break down myths about careers and make decisions when faced with real dilemmas at work. You'll get tools in areas such as organisational culture, professional choices and career influences.
First, you will learn about our Mentoring Programme and discover from former students how mentoring can accelerate your journey.
Then, in a relaxed conversation with second-year students, we will answer your questions and share practical tips to help you integrate better on campus and start this academic journey with more confidence!
In this session, we will welcome the Vice-President of Woxsen University (India), Raul Villamarin Rodriguez, an expert in Cognitive Technologies. With experience in the convergence between Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI), he holds a PhD in Human-Centred AI (Cognitive Psychology and Technology) and is a board member of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI).
Projects take the stage!
The groups will present their solutions in a fast and inspiring pitch. Which idea will win? Come and find out!
At this informal gathering, you will gain valuable insights from the experience shared by our guest speaker, Manuel Luíz, Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group and alumnus of the Management degree programme.
All Aboard ends with a big get-together. With food, drinks and great music, you won’t want to miss this chance to strengthen the connections built throughout the week.
